Shipping & Delivery
PG Press delivers physical books throughout South Africa. Please review the available delivery options before completing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one business day after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Pre-orders and products with a stated release or dispatch date will be fulfilled according to the information provided on the relevant product page.
Delivery Options
PAXI — R60
Your parcel will be delivered to your selected PAXI collection point.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking or collection information using the contact details provided with your order.
A valid South African mobile number is required for collection notifications.
Door-to-Door Courier — R120
Your parcel will be delivered to the physical address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Someone must be available to receive the parcel.
Delivery to certain outlying areas may take longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Although we work with reliable delivery providers, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are therefore estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking and Collection
Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be sent to the email address or mobile number used when placing the order.
Customers using PAXI are responsible for collecting their parcels within the collection period communicated by PAXI.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address, mobile number and selected PAXI collection point carefully before submitting your order.
PG Press cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at orders@pgpress.co.za. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, the delivery address was incorrect, or delivery could not be completed, the customer may be required to pay an additional delivery fee before the order is sent again.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at orders@pgpress.co.za with your order number and tracking information.
We will assist with investigating the delivery with the relevant provider.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical delivery. Download instructions will be sent to the email address used when placing the order once payment has been confirmed.
